  • Yes, our ritual oils, powders, and many other products are handcrafted in small batches with intention and care. Each product undergoes a resting period and quality testing before being shipped to ensure you receive the highest quality spiritual tools. All other products are sourced to ensure quality.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. USPS Ground Advantage is our standard shipping method.

  • Currently, we ship to North and South America. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we begin shipping to additional countries.

  • Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor your package's journey to you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Due to the personal nature of spiritual products, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Our products are created with intention and quality ingredients to support your spiritual practice using herbs and oils historically known to achieve desired results. However, results may vary based on individual practice, belief, and application. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from spiritual work. There are many factors that may prevent your desires from coming to fruition and any promises made to you should be taken with a grain of salt. One thing to consider is that the things in life you want may not be what your spirits guides have in store for you. They may have a different path waiting for you.

RETURNS & POLICIES

  • Store oils and powders in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use to maintain potency.

  • Our ritual oils have a shelf life of 12-18 months when stored properly. There is a natural “preservative” oil added to all recipes which slows oxidation. Keep water away from your oils to prevent them from going rancid.

    Herbal blends and ritual powders are best used within 2-3 years. They are made with dried herbs, flowers and roots whose shelf-life extends past fresh ingredients.

  • Yes, many of our products complement each other and it is a great idea to combine, increase the power of, or gain assistance with your rituals and spells.
